My sporting merits

Here I would love to have more things, but I will update them as I get them.

Since 2008, when I was able to start triathlon, I have been reading and studying things, more or less focused on our sport, and now it is also time to capture them.

In 2010 I obtained the title of Sports Coach through training with Unisport.

What has this given me?

Basically knowledge for dealing with the athlete. But I have learned almost more from my coach these 4 years, and from my job, than from that course.

Currently I have passed the exams to obtain the Title of Triathlon Trainer Level I approved by Fetri.

In January 2021 I will get the title of coach awarded by IRONMAN and recognized by:

• USA Cycling (USAC)

• USA Triathlon (USAT)

• American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM)

• American Council on Exercise (ACE)

• Deutsche Triathlon Union (DTU)

• National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM)

Why do I do this?
My idea is to focus my work on medium and long distance
